Mr. Avutia John Kennedy is the Board of Directors (BOD) Chairman of NCEDI, providing strategic leadership, governance oversight, and principled stewardship. He guides the Board’s agenda and deliberations to ensure timely, evidence-based decisions that align with NCEDI’s mission and statutory responsibilities. Working closely with senior management, he champions clear performance priorities, risk and compliance oversight, and transparent reporting to strengthen accountability across the institution. Mr. Avutia also promotes trusted partnerships with government, private sector, and community stakeholders to mobilize support and advance sustainable, inclusive impact for the communities NCEDI serves.
