Mr. Drito Bob Development Worker | Youth Leader | Community Development Advocate

Mr. Drito Bob is a dedicated development worker and youth leader with a passion for empowering communities and promoting inclusive, sustainable development. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Development Studies from Uganda Christian University (UCU), equipping him with the knowledge and practical skills to address social and economic development challenges through community-driven approaches.

At the NextGen Community Empowerment and Development Initiative (NCEDI), Mr. Bob contributes to advancing the organization's mission of empowering communities, strengthening youth leadership, and promoting sustainable development through advocacy, collaboration, and innovative community-based initiatives.

Beyond his role at NCEDI, Mr. Bob serves as the Youth League Chairperson for Madi-Okollo District, where he provides strategic leadership and mobilizes young people to actively participate in governance, civic engagement, and local development. He also serves as the Secretary of the Madi-Okollo District Youth Council, supporting youth coordination, policy advocacy, and the implementation of initiatives that improve opportunities for young people.

Mr. Bob also volunteers with Clean Mission World Uganda as a Program Assistant, supporting the planning and implementation of community development programs that improve livelihoods and promote social well-being. In addition, he is a member of the Youth Advisory Structure with Restless Development, where he contributes to advocacy initiatives that amplify youth voices and promote meaningful participation in decision-making processes.

His commitment to servant leadership, youth empowerment, and community transformation continues to inspire collaborative action among communities, civil society organizations, government institutions, and development partners. Through his work, Mr. Drito Bob remains dedicated to creating opportunities that enable young people and communities to thrive and contribute to Uganda's sustainable development.
