Mr. Munguci Innocent serves as the Board of Directors (BOD) Secretary of NCEDI, supporting effective governance, transparency, and sound decision-making. He coordinates board operations, prepares agendas and board packs, records accurate minutes, and ensures timely follow-up on resolutions and action points. With a strong focus on compliance and documentation, he helps maintain statutory records, strengthens internal controls, and promotes adherence to board policies and good governance practices. Mr. Innocent also facilitates communication between directors, management, and key stakeholders, enabling informed oversight and alignment with NCEDI’s mission and strategic priorities.
